Convicted and tried for thirteen accounts of arson by the Court of Florida in 2011; she is known for her brief political career in August 2022, the creation of the paradox channels, modded minecraft server, seagrass-posting, and the return of three liberal-school channels. She enjoys creative writing i guess, science fiction, strategy games, and being gay.

Timeline

Late Ellie Era

Chloe joined Garfcord on April 1st; a day after its creation for the original r/196 place build; although an inactive user for much of May, she did pop in infrequently; sparking debate ranging from ranting about tankies to loving her girlfriend. At this time, Chloe was going by the name Clair.

Eventually; in early June, amid dispute in the Peoples Rebuplic over adding new emotes; Chloe campaigned for the addition of bisexual, lesbian, and MLM emojis & roles; eventually forcing Neil to cave in to adding them. This also was the start of Chloe's first request to create a modded minecraft server for Garfcord; which later surfaced into the...

The "Chloe Incident"

Recently promoted to helper; Chloe now had attained a direct forum with the staff of Garfcord in #helper-chat; and almost immediately requested a minecraft server. Getting approval from Ellie, Chloe created a groupchat to coordinate the creation of a modded minecraft server; finding a host (coincidentally named Luna), Lia, and several other server members interested in the server. Once the server was setup; several channels were created with the help of Jess, and the server started on June 6th.

On June 7th; Chloe was temporarily banned due to Luna (the server owner) being on meds and scared of the server was an IP grabber. The server entered a brief lockdown; as the staff team desperately attempted to contain any mention of the events taking place. That afternoon; Chloe had been unbanned and the situation seemingly resolved. The modded server had finally begun with the support of Luna, and things were looking bright again in Garfcord.

The modded server was very fun.

Ten days after the Chloe Incident, Chloe was promoted to mod by the staff team. With her newfound position, Chloe created the Capybara role along with #ok-i-pull-up (now archived by the neiler), and was able to advocate for the paradox channels more frequently. In late July; Chloe had finally achieved her dreams of a paradox channel; finally being able to host HOI4 games. Although, a new event was stirring in the midst...

LCOM and the August Elections

On the last day of July; Turtle had announced the Garfcord Election event. Keen to participate; Chloe had already formed her own party- the Red Capybaras. But she faced one problem: her competitors in the Ellis Party and Party Rockers were churning out propaganda like it was nothing. She needed allies.

Desperate for help; Chloe turned to Neil from the Meth Party for help; and hours later, she had hammered out an agreement with the Meth Party: they would form a coalition dubbed the Capybaras on Meth. With the trio of Chloe, Walt, and Neil combatting the Ellis Party and Ourple Rockers; they saw the de-facto reduction of the Ellis Party to a minor party; while a merge with the Leftist Party that will be coup'd by the CIA was negotiated, mainly due to the fact the only active party member was Clacky.

Reborn as the Leftist Capybaras on Meth, LCOM quickly got a supermajority in poll #2; having more than 20% of the vote over the next two biggest opposition parties. However; the poll had saw the emergence of the Big Boobs Barty as a major player; and demonstrated the effectiveness of "funny name-based voting" theorem, which sparked debate in Garfcord about whether it was eligible to let mods participate in the election, amid other controversies. This led to Chloe stepping down as the head of LCOM; allowing Walt to become their candidate for Garf Minister.

Chloe remained a staunch proponent of LCOM, while the party went on to achieve a majority in poll #3, and finally won the election on August 19th.

Titus Era

With Jess leaving the server in late July, this left Titus and Neil the sole remainders of the old guard; and Turtlemonger the new head mod. The server had entered a new era; with Chloe at the forefront. The first notable controversy of the new era was the Garfpost ping- Chloe had vocally opposed it for weeks, and much to Neil's dismay, Titus had agreed to create a new role for the ping instead of pinging @everyone for it.

Despite this and the French Incident, Chloe was able to add the فيلرولة sticker. Due to being busy with schoolwork; Chloe has been much less active in the server.

Chloe briefly used a picrew which is now the pfp of Chlowers.

Eventually; disputes with Neil over the name of Genderal escalated to the point of them changing the name of Genderal to Chatroom; a name which Chloe vehemently disliked and was only advocated for by a small minority. Neil eventually resorted to changing the category name to Chatrooms; which Chloe also opposed, and shifted the subject of debate to archived channels. A compromise was reached with the memes channel grouping being renamed to "target cvs pharmacy", and on October 17th; the former liberal-school channels were unarchived. #sapphic-space & #multi-level-marketting were ressurrected from the dead, born anew.

In spite of this, Chloe was discarded as a candidate for head mod in favor of Laila, slightly escalating tensions between the two.

Political Career

Chloe was the initial Garfminister candidate for the Red Capybaras, later the Capybaras on Meth which merged into the Leftist Capybaras on Meth (LCOM). She remains one of the four party leaders of LCOM.
