Neilism

Neilism (Recently also known as Joxxism) is a sociopolitical ideology that is centered on combining ideologies that are near polar opposites - monarchism, authoritarianism, anarchism, socialism and Garfism. It originates from the original Meth Party. Neilist - Chloeyism is a notable subvariant that served as LCOM's main ideology from it's inception until Joxi's departure from LCOM. The current iteration of the Meth Party is the primary advocate of Neilism. <infobox>

The Truths of Neilism

1. Leadership

Leadership is held both in the hands of the government (elaborated on in point 4) and the people. Everyone is allowed to vote for the Holy Garf Emperor and The Senate.

2. Garfism

Neilism is strongly rooted in the belief in Garfism. Garfcord should be kept strongly Garfield-themed with garfposts being kept as the central part of society. A channel for discussion of Garfield and Garfism must exist in some form.

4. The Power Hierarchy

The General Secretary, whom is not elected, rather chosen by The Senate should be partialy in charge of the country. The Holy Garf emperor, who serves as the elected leader would serve the same function as a president and be elected in regular elections. The senate, also chosen through regular elections would have the strongest influence on the Garfer society. The People are in charge of their workplaces making them a strong power in the country

5. Social Programmes

Healthcare, both private and free should be kept to a minimum, preffering for people to perform medical operations on themselves. Medicine and medical handbooks would be freely available through state-ran pharmacies. Every resident would be provided with a pound of Lemon Demethe weekly and public meth cooking stations would be located in multiple places around the country. Public transit would be free and available to everyone, however private car ownership would be illegal and public transit vehicles would be ran by individual garfers rather than organised by the state.

6. Boosters

Every server booster is treated like a national hero for their humbleness and they recieve many perks in society.

7. Approach to sex

In a true Neilist society very mild sex discussion and jokes are allowed however any traces of unironic thirsting or other off-putting sex things are not allowed anywhere in the country.

8. Crime

A Neilist society contains a vast penal code that is a official document, however the constitution declares all of it invalid making commiting all crime legal and protected under one of the amendments.

8.1 The justice system

The Garfcourt, which is a state organisation can declare some truly evil actions reported to it violations of another amendment making the horrid crimes that shouldn't be commited punishable, usually by death.

10. Rules 7 and 7.1

These rules are considered to be the most important in a Neilist society, and breaking them constitutes one of the most evil crimes as declared by the Garfcourt.

11. Other ideologies

Neilism remains neutral to most ideologies except Chloeyism, which is considered generally unfavorable due to their lack of focus on Garfield.

12. HRT

Every citizen of the empire can get infinite amounts of testosterone or estrogen or any hormone really for free.

13. Environment

Neilism supports nuclear energy mostly because its cool. Coal, cobalt, lithium etc. are mined in caves by minors and used to fuel construction of more nuclear power plants

Interpretations

Neilist-Chloeyism

The former ideology of LCOM formed as a compromise between the leadership of Joxi / Walter "Shalodey" Hartwell White and Chloe (Bonnie). It compromises on many rules of Neilism and it is generally believed by Neilists to not be a true neilist ideology, and merely a starting point. It mainly compromises on truths 1, 2 and 3.

True Neilism

The main branch of Neilism, which believes in the 11 truths with no alteration.

Pharma-Neilism

A controversial branch of Neilism that believes meth is a outdated drug and should be replaced with Demethroxin
