"Worst Troll Ever"

The "Worst Troll Ever", commonly known as sodimitekiller or youareaman, refers to the three seperate accounts (likely run by 1 user) that were used in an attempt to troll Garfcordians on September 11th, 2023. The attempt was widely considered extremely counter-productive, hence the title of "Worst Troll Ever".

Timeline of Events

First Contact with the Server

7:35pm: Sodimitekiller initially contacts Pluck. Pluck declines the request, shaking it off as a one-time troll.

7:38pm: Iltda receives a friend request, posting it in #tw-general.

7:39pm: Ashe receives a friend request, triggering a discussion in #tw-general. Joxi believes that a troll that joined earlier could have leaked the names of some of the members.

7:43pm: Halls receives a friend request. Pluck tries adding them back out of morbid curiosity.

7:45pm: The user is preemptively banned by Joxi.

7:47pm: Socks becomes the first user to contact the troll, DMing them an image of a shirtless old man. Halls receives a DM with the f-slur.

7:53pm: Pluck's friend request is accepted by the troll, who is noticeably annoyed at the fact that Pluck sent them a friend request rather than vice-versa.

7:55-7:57pm: The troll accuses various members of Garfcord of reporting them, managing to misspell "suspicious" multiple times.

7:58pm: The troll contacts Eddie, accidentally affirming his gender. The troll will continue to refuse the fact that Eddie is transmasc until their last contact with the server.

7:59pm: The troll severely misunderstands the meaning of cisgender, sending a message to Pluck reading "ok cisgender fuck. you will never be a real cisgender". This will later reach 21 stars on starboard, becoming the first iconic screenshot of the incident.

8:04pm: Joxi receives a friend request. Eddie receives a slew of DMs intended to be transphobic, but accidentally further affirming Eddie, becoming the second iconic screenshot of the incident.

8:10pm: After being DMed an image of men kissing by Halls, the troll seems to go silent, blocking Socks and refusing to respond to any further DMs. Garfcordians believe that the troll may have gone offline. Little do they know...

Second Contact with the Server as Youareamale

8:13pm: Joxi notices a new account that joins the server named youareamale. They are instantly banned.

8:17pm: Pluck gets a DM from youareamale, reading "male".

8:18pm: Halls and Madeline receive friend requests.

Creation of Malecord

8:19pm: Halls receives a strange invite to a newly-created server called "i send this server to MALES". Pluck receives the same invite shortly after.

8:20pm: Pluck sends the invite link in #tw-general. Eddie receives an invite via DM.

8:21pm: The image of mermen kissing becomes symbolic of the counter-trolling effort as Joxi sends it to youareamale.

8:22pm: The flawed design of the new server becomes apparent, as it seems the troll forgot to limit permissions for members in their rush to create a server. Users bombard the server with shitposts.

8:23pm: Clyde, Discord's AI bot, joins the chaos as users realise that the server owner is possibly even more incompetent than they thought.

8:35pm: Aleph receives a friend request from sodimitekiller.

8:50pm: Youareamale calls JK Rowling a trans woman. Users begin playing Gartic Phone in the server's voice chat.

9:00pm: Youareamale deletes the server in a fit of rage.

9:02pm: Users believe that the troll has given up.

9:45pm: Joxi notices two accounts joining the server, named "peddestrian not women HE is MAN" and "peddestrian is a MAN stop faking". You gotta hand it to this troll, they don't give up.

Malecord 2

9:48pm: Eddie creates a spin-off server, Malecord 2, tricking the troll into joining it.

9:51pm: The troll pledges allegiance to the flag of Liberia.

9:56pm: Users create a group whiteboard, teaching the troll how to draw swastikas correctly. The troll says "liberals actually want dildos in math look it up".

10:24pm: The troll is given ownership of the server; it's only fair. They then prohibit all users from talking or joining voice channels.

"Worst Troll Ever" Makes Their Final Stand

10:28pm: The troll pings users, starting a rant about how they will always be males. Users spam-react the messages with pride flags.

Criticism

Multiple users have criticised the legitimacy of the troll, suggesting that "he's just playing along for the joke" and that "there's no way this is a real troll". Either way, the troll did a great job being an ally to transmascs, and provided an excellent night of entertainment to users.
